Mono prints

Variation on a different theme this time.I wanted to make a series of Mono prints on the same page.I found a magazine image and decided to go over it each time with a pen.By doing this with each overdrawing the image changed slightly as the ink from my pen began to cover the original outlines of the image.You may be able to tell that the first print from my inked plate was the bottom left hand side.By going over the image on occasion it was difficult to know whether I had gone over the line this time or the time before.

I experimented with this , as I was thinking about the word 'Incognito' which relates to a show that I am going to take part in. I wanted to see if by using this simple method I can slightly alter the identity or representation of the image.

This is the first Mono print using the image.
